The CSA&D Criminal Defense Practice Group is co-chaired by Mark E. Sharp and David A. Hirsch. Mark has served as Prosecutor for the City of Fairfax, Virginia. Both Mark and David were instructors at the Northern Virginia Regional Police Academy, teaching law enforcement officers about the nuances of arrest, interrogation, and prosecution. Mark and David also have experience teaching seminars for other lawyers about the latest criminal cases and statutes.
